SDM ITI for women started in the year 2006, residing at Manjushree building Belal Road Ujire. This institution is working under SDM Education society® Ujire. The institution started with one trade “Computer Operator & Programing Assistant” and got affiliation from DGET in 2008. Another trade “Sewing Technology”, Started in 2011 and got affiliation. Institution is Re-Affiliated by NCVT through Q.C.I accreditation on 2015 June and recorded as 4th institution in Dakshina Kannada Dist.  |

The Institute is promoted by Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Educational Society[R], ujire, a much admired non- profit institution that runs over 50 recognized educational institutions in Karnataka State from K.G to P.G classes including Engineering and Medical colleges.
